So being the tech geek that I am, I wanted a way to open and close the chicken run via our phones. Well it took a little over a year for me get motivated and complete it, but now the code is in place the app is on our phones and we can remotely open and close the chicken run.
It took the chickens a bit to get used to the gate opening on it’s own but now they run to the gate for freedom! Best tech gadget I have built to date, No more walking out at night to close them in.
