Here we are spring 2020 and it’s our favorite time of year. Seeing everything bud and grow. We spend a good amount of time between March and June planting seeds and start them in the green house. This Year Gari Jo spent a good amount of time getting things started, so we are excited to see how things turn out. Here are some photos we took mid June 2020 of our edibles plants.
We both enjoy the eatable plants. 2 years ago we got a few blue berry plants, marionberry. This was in addition to our Apple, Cherry trees, Grapes, & Strawberries. Most of what we grow will be turned into organic homemade Jam. Last time we made jam was in 2018, and we made a lot of it! Cant wait until everything is ready for picking and eating or processing.
