This turned out so good, we are making more today. Hard to believe that it would turn out so good with how it looks before you bake it. But wow Amazing.
This batch is not organic because of the Pineapple. But it is gluten free, we used wheat free flower and fresh zucchini from our garden.
This was so good that we will make another batch in a week once the next round of zucchini are ready to be picked.
